Hi, I have noticed that after I upraded to the latest modules for the MD802 that several important options are no longer available. In particular the GM module is now missing the Transmission and HVAC options for the vehicle I am working on. Model: MD802 Firmware Version: V1.01 Hardware Version: V1.00 Manufacture Date: 10/15/2012 Before Upgrade: Sys. Software Version: 2.40 GM V1.20 Scan -> USA -> GM V1.20 -> 1 Up to 2011 -> 6 (6) 2006 -> 2 LD Trk, MPV, Incomplete -> 8 (N) Chevrolet MPV -> 2 V At this point there were 7 options: 1 Vehicle Control Systems 2 HVAC 3 Brakes 4 Engine 5 Transmission/Transaxle 6 Body and Accessories 7 Restraints I then upgraded several modules including: Sys. Software Version: 2.50 GM V2.00 Scan -> USA -> GM V2.00 -> 8 (6) 2006 -> 2 LD Trk. MPV, Incomplete -> 8 (N) Chevrolet MPV -> 2 (V) At this point there are only 2 options: 1 Brakes 2 Restraints What happened to the other options such as 4 Engine and 5 Transmission? Under 4 Engine there was BCM, PCM, HVAC Control Module and IPC. Now I have no way of accessing them.

Reply to 2 floor: I have a few questions about the MD802 you used: 1) Is it running Sys. Software Version: 2.50? 2) Does it have ALL the modules installed and updated (all modules for US, ASIA and Europe)? Later tonight I will buy a new SD Card and try a reinstall of all the software.

Reply to 3 floor: I reinstalled GM V2.00 on my existing SD Card and there was no change. I then purchased a new SD Card. I formatted it. Installed Autel Update v1.03 on my laptop. On the SD card I installed System Program V2.50. I then installed GM V2.00. That is all the S/W on the SD card. I powered the MD802 and navigated to : Scan -> USA -> GM V2.00 -> 8 (6) 2006 -> 2 LD Trk, MPV, Incomplete -> 8 (N) Chevrolet MPV -> 2 V Again there is no change. At this point there are only 2 options: 1 Brakes 2 Restraints Again there is no change. Where are the other options 1 Vehicle Control Systems 2 HVAC 3 Brakes 4 Engine 5 Transmission/Transaxle 6 Body and Accessories 7 Restraints that were there on the previous version?

Support, it has been 2 months since my reported problem and I don't have a fix. This device is not very useful if I cannot get a fix. Can you please help me!
